Omnicor South Africa was founded in 2005 by Dr Hilton Rudnick, a thought leader in the world of work place psychology. Hilton has a passion for people and what makes them exceptional. He has a BA in English and Psychology, a Masters in Counselling Psychology, Honours—and a PhD in Psychology. Prior to Omnicor, Hilton was a senior lecturer at the University of Johannesburg for nine years. Omnicor has over 30 full time staff and a global network of affiliates and contributors.
